Avoid dairy products

I would personally avoid any supplement for any vitamins as it best to receive vitamins in natural form unless you live somewhere it is not available. Unfortunately, I have seen in countries such as the UK where the nutritionist primarily suggest you the supplements as that is what they have been taught during their course.
