(1)FAQ  Frequently asked questions about Mindfulness Practice

(2)  10 Minutes Mindfulness session

First assignment: Your first goal is to complete 10 minutes morning & 10 minutes evening practice everyday for the next 21 days.

The challenge is that no matter what happen but you must practice CONTINUOUS for the next 21 days morning/evening.

Note: If you left your practice even for one day, then your 21 days practice start again. You need to complete 21 days continuous.

You would feel lots of improvement in your life just after completing 1st assignment. Total there are 3 assignments to complete.

(3) 20 Minutes Mindfulness session

 

Please note: Intellectual understanding is good however practice alone will give real benefits.
