How did you think of starting children yoga?
My 2 passions have always been yoga & kids.
It made perfect sense to combine the two. Teaching yoga to kids is my dharma, my life's purpose.
What were the initial hurdles you went though while organising children yoga camps?
Exposure. Once families came to classes and experienced the benefits, they were hooked and the word
spread.
What are your future plans for kids Yoga?
TV program for kids yoga, videos, clothing line, products for teachers and families to use at home.
Any interesting event you would like to share with the readers, while you were running children yoga
classes.
What I love most about teaching kids yoga is how they take what they learn on the mat & bring it in to their
every day lives.
For example when they are at home feeling stressed, upset or worried, they rub their hands, take a deep
breath & chant the sound of Om.
Thanks you very much for your time.
