Step 2: As you exhale bring your right knee down with the help of your right palm.




You can practice this between 5 to 10 times without straining yourself. Then
repeat the same movement with the other leg.




Benefits:
This is excellent exercise for loosening knee and hip joints.



Note: After practicing this half butterfly exercise please always do single knee
bending exercise which is explained next.
