Exercise 11                                                                

Half butterfly posture


Preparation: Place yourself in a sitting position with your back straight (as
much as possible) as shown in the picture below. Keep your left leg straight on
floor and place the right foot on the floor beside the left knee.


Your left palm on the floor provides you balance and right palm holds the right
knee.





Step1: Now inhale and lift your right knee up with the help of your right palm.
