Step2:  As you exhale fully rotate your shoulders downward (elbows going
down towards the floor as shown in picture below).


This completes one round.
Practice 5 rounds clockwise and 5 rounds anticlockwise.

Benefits:
This shoulder movement release the strain of driving, long hours of office work
and also helpful in bringing mobility to tight shoulders.
