Exercise 4                                                             
Shoulder rotation


Preparation: Sit in a crossed-legged position with your back straight (or you may
sit on chair with your back straight if you find it difficult to sit on floor with cross leg
position).


Place your fingers on your shoulders with elbows down.  



             

Step1: As you inhale rotate your shoulders upward (elbows going up towards the
ceiling as shown in the picture below).
