FAST WEIGHT LOSS
I get lots of email from people who want fast weight loss. Is it possible? Can it be done?
Some people say "Hi, I have a wedding to go to in 2 weeks and I need to lose around 20
pounds fast, what can I do?" or "Summer is coming up next week and I need to lose 10
pound, What should I do?" but is fast weight loss really possible? Is there a diet and/or
workout you can do.
Let me clarify loosing weight will depend upon number of factors.
The right amount of weight that the average person should hope and try to lose a week
when eating and doing exercise correctly is something one or two pounds a week.
That is a good, healthy, safe, smart, effective amount to lose.
Losing more weight than 2 pounds a week may not be healthy in my opinion.
However before starting any weight loss schedule, it is always good to take qualified doctor
or dietician advice.
