About Yourself:

I've worked at GQ magazine as Fashion Production Editor for the last 6 years. The job is varied and
challenging and involves a fair bit of travelling and stress - I find yoga the best way to unwind!

Your hobbies: I l love London and try to make the most of all it has to offer. I love trying out new
restaurants, bars and galleries. I contribute to the travel section of GQ and therefore try to keep up to date
with the latest hotel openings.

This year I'm saving up all my holiday allowance for my honeymoon in Kenya. I'm also a big fan of cooking and
throwing dinner parties.

How you stay fit? I do yoga once or twice a week, combined with a run or 2 and I've also just signed up to 3
week powerplate course (v keen to tone up before the wedding in September).

Also play tennis weather permitting. I used to go to the gym but despite lots of work on the treadmill and
using weights, I didnt really notice any results. I find yoga not only tones and elongates, but it gets rid of
tension and improves posture.

Advice for the readers to stay healthy and fit. I generally find that when I'm excercising regularly I am
reluctant to undo all my hard work with bad eating.

I drink loads of water, never leave the house without a hearty breakfast, and try and snack on fruit or nuts
only.

I find cooking from scratch both enjoyable and a far healthier option than a ready made meal: I like to be in
control and cooking with fresh and healthy ingredients is probably the easiest way to cut out all those
unecessary salts and sugars in processed meals.

I do have my downfalls - (coffee, chocolate, cheese), but I try and stick to dark chocolate and I definitely dont
hold back when I'm eating out. Life is too short; wine and a few too many calories is ok from time to time! Just
be sure to get exercising the next day!
