About Yourself:

I work full-time in the professional medical publishing house and study law part-time.

I am intrinsically social, I enjoy exploring different cultures and meeting people of different backgrounds. Having studied
International Relations I am interested in history and politics. I like travelling and photography, hot weather and long
walks by the sea. I am pretty talkative and philosophical person and enjoy having long chats with my friends.

Present Lifestyle:

Sport has always played an important role in my life. Despite my busy schedule I attend fitness classes and practice
yoga regularly. I do yoga for 10 minutes in the morning which helps me to wake up. I also do a few yoga postures
before going to bed. This helps me to relax, stretch my body and have a good night sleep .

I aim to go to my local fitness club twice a week for a high-impact aerobics classes.  If I have not got time to go the gym
I just walk everywhere. I found walking a great workout not only for my body but for the soul as well!  I used to train
kick-boxing and Tae-Kwando in the past.

I never leave the house without breakfast and usually have 5 meals a day. My main meal of the day is lunch and I graze
on light snacks like fruits, yoghurts or nuts in between meals. I try not to eat my dinner too late and usually have a
mixed salad or a fruit in the evening. Although I am not a vegetarian my diet consists mostly of fruits, vegetables and
grains, only occasionally I would eat chicken or fish.  I try to eat sensibly but I do not refrain myself from eating
chocolate, my favourite ice-cream or glass of red wine! Everything in moderation is my motto.

Advice /suggestion for the readers: What they can do to stay fit and slim?

Make sure you find time to do some kind of physical activity every day. Not only will it keep you fit but it will also help to
fight stress. Being systematic is a key to a success.

I believe 10-minute exercise every day is better than 1 hour of cruelling session in the gym once a week. If you are not
a 'gym person' take up walking - all you need is a pair of trainers! It is important to find a sort of physical activity one
really enjoys doing.

Drinking lots of water is also important as it helps to clean up the system. Avoid fizzy drinks and fast food - they only
make you feel heavy and make you crave for more.
