About Yourself:- I have lived in London over five years. I am currently working for a broadcasting division of
the Press Association in London.

I am also in my last year of media studies which was taking up all my free time. And when I do have some free
time left, I enjoy fitness, yoga, dancing, painting, going to the cinema and meeting my friends.

Present Lifestyle: I go to the gym around three to four times a week. I practice yoga at least once a week
which helps to balance my fitness program.

I have a great appetite for food. I eat everything in proportion with my exercise regime. I drink a lot of water and
eat variety of meals to gain as many nutritions and vitamins as possible.

Advice /suggestion for the readers: What they can do to stay fit and slim.

First of all, learn to accept your body and be proud the way you look. If you want to feel even better small things
such as drinking enough fluids, regular sleep and exercising can make a difference. It can be anything from
walking, through swimming, squash to yoga or pilates.

All of these have their benefits and will help you to lead a healthier and happier life. It's all about you so do
whatever makes YOU happy! Good luck.
