Ensuring NLP is credible in organisations
The Performance Solution has developed the first Masters degree in Organisational Neuro
Linguistic Programming in
the world. This MSc is fully accredited and applications are being accepted now for September
2005 start.
The innovative structure results in dual accreditation of the traditional Practitioner and Master
Practitioner
certification and academic post graduate qualifications at Certificate, Diploma and MSc levels.
The programme is designed for students from education, human resources, business
management, marketing, sales, sport and indeed anyone involved in the world of
interpersonal communication and transformational change.
It is easily accessible by those in full time employment because of the modular nature and the
work based assessment methods.
As part of their belief in abundance and in recognition of all the shared learning and
experience that binds the NLP community, The Performance Solution are looking forward to
accredit other NLP institutes as deliverers of the NLP modules which result in Practitioner and
Master Practitioner as long as the content maps across to that agreed with the University.

Currently recognised programmes include NLP University, PPD Learning, The Northern School
of NLP, The Concoirde Initiative and U2Coach in Rome and The First Institute of NLP
