This book has been divided into 2 sections.

Section 1 contains knowledge and explanation of breath from various perspectives and
section 2 includes five practical techniques step by step. It is important to read section 1
first before trying simple breathing techniques.

In the end, I have provided tools for self assessing stress and tracking your progress. It is
a good idea to fill these sheets after practicing everyday breathing techniques to identify
the difference over a period of 4 weeks. Please remember that everyday practice is must
otherwise all theory and no practice would not lead you anywhere.

If you are practicing everyday in a correct way then positive results will certainly be there.

After the breathing exercises you would definitely feel relaxed and calm. If you feel tired
or uncomfortable in that
case you need to check if you are practicing in wrong way.
